Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. Unfortunately, some products such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, cannot be returned.
To process your return, please provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase via email. After receiving your return request, we will notify you via email if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period of time. However, if you haven’t received your refund, please contact us via email.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
If the item was marked as a gift, a gift certificate will be issued to the recipient for the value of the return. If not, the gift giver will receive a refund.
To return your product, please mail it to our physical address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
